Informational and ecommerce use
Site content, product names, photos, descriptions, pricing, availability, and shipping information are provided in good faith but may change without notice.
Orders, payment, and fulfillment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled by production, shipping, ecommerce, and payment partners. Payment authorization, fraud review, product availability, carrier performance, and destination restrictions may affect whether an order can be accepted or fulfilled.
Product safety
Candles must be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, paper, and anything flammable. Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, trim the wick as directed, and stop use when a safe amount of wax remains. Chad’s Wicks is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe, careless, or improper candle use.
Returns, replacements, and customer support
Because candles may be made to order, returns for scent preference or buyer’s remorse may be limited. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact support@chadswix.com with order details and photos so we can review the issue.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Unless otherwise stated, site copy, branding, label artwork, product names, design, and original content are owned by Chad’s Wicks, Endurance Ecom LLC, or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape abusively, impersonate, or republish site content in a deceptive or commercial way without permission.
