Effective date: June 25, 2026. By visiting Chad’s Wicks or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

• Our candles are made-to-order products fulfilled through Printify and production partners.
• Photos, mockups, colors, labels, and packaging are shown as accurately as possible, but slight production or screen differences can happen.
• Burn times, scent strength, and use experience vary based on room size, airflow, burn habits, and candle care.

Orders and payment

• Checkout is processed through WooCommerce and Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
• Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that look fraudulent, abusive, incorrectly priced, or technically broken.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Production, carrier delays, weather, address issues, and seasonal volume can affect delivery.
• Risk of loss may pass to the customer after carrier delivery confirmation, but we will help investigate reasonable order issues.

Safe use

Candles involve flame and heat. Always follow candle safety instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from kids, pets, drafts, curtains, paper, and anything flammable.
