Effective date: June 25, 2026. Chad’s Wicks is operated by Endurance Ecom LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how order information moves through our store.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, selected products, order notes, and customer support history.
• Payment status: transaction confirmation, fraud signals, billing status, refunds, and chargeback information from our payment processor.
• Support messages: anything you send to support@chadswix.com, including photos for damaged or incorrect orders.
• Site data: basic analytics, device/browser data, referral source, and cookies needed for cart, checkout, security, and site performance.

How we use it

• Process payments and prevent fraud through Stripe/WooCommerce.
• Send orders to Printify and production partners for made-to-order fulfillment.
• Provide tracking, customer support, refunds/replacements, and order updates.
• Improve product pages, site performance, and the customer experience.

Who handles what

Payments are handled by Stripe and WooCommerce. Fulfillment is handled through Printify and its production/shipping partners. Chad’s Wicks does not store full credit card numbers on our own website.

Your choices

You can contact us to request help with an order, correct information, ask privacy questions, or request deletion where legally allowed. Some order records must be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, and legal reasons.
