Made-to-order candles, shipped by production partners.

Chad’s Wicks candles are fulfilled through Printify and production partners after checkout. Each order is made for that customer, then packed and shipped by the fulfillment network.

Shipping timing

  • Production time starts after the order is accepted for fulfillment.
  • Delivery timing depends on production speed, carrier timing, destination, weather, and seasonal volume.
  • Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@chadswix.com with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and label. We will review replacement/refund options.

Returns

  • Because candles are made to order, preference-only returns may be limited.
  • Used candles, burned candles, and opened items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
  • Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production starts.
